This is a simple all black look that shows the very many ways I've been loving this black tutu. I'm wearing it here for length and it has helped convert this dress-length top into a full dress. For those tops that are too long to wear with pants and too short to just wear as a dress, for my personal comfort, this black tutu has been a great help with such dresses.
