"You learn something every day if you pay attention." ~ Ray LeBlond
NOTE: I spend my Wednesdays Unplugged from appointments. It's my day to stay home, enjoy cooking and welcome our kids and grandkids for dinner in the evening. We end our meal with quotes from the Norwegian 'Quote Cup' passed on to me from my grandmother. I share a quote and a recipe here each week, and sometimes some photos of family fun. I love trying new recipes...and love getting recipes you would like to share!
We have been playing dominos with our grandson before school in the morning this week... he found a new way to play...
RECIPE OF THE WEEK
We made these brownies when we were up on Bark Point with our grandkids a couple weeks ago. It doesn't get much easier than this recipe from Kirbie's Cravings... only 3 ingredients!
SUPER SIMPLE NUTELLA BROWNIES
- 1 1/4 cup Nutella
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
Grease an 8 x 8 in baking pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a wooden spoon until batter is smooth. Pour into baking pan and smooth top with spatula.
Bake for 15 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean... careful not to bake too long or they will dry out.
