NEWS & INFORMATION
-While a ton of people watched Arrested Development on Netflix this past weekend, the critics weighed in and all of the poor reviews resulted in a 6.3% hit to Netflix shares on Wall Street yesterday. I intend to watch all 15 episodes regardless of the critics, but not until after my son leaves for camp.  I'll let you know what I think then. Have any of you guys watched yet? Thoughts? Fill me in!

-As you guys know, Amazon's also trying to get into the original content game too.  We all checked out their pilots, voted and the two shows going to series are Beta's and my favorite, Alpha House starring John Goodman and the super hot Mark Consuelos.  I'm hoping since it's Amazon, that Mark will be shirtless most of the time.  The show is set to air at the end of 2013. Yeah democracy!

-Okay Big Brother fans, reset your Tivo's! Big Brother After Dark is moving off of Showtime and onto TVGN. Starting on June 26th, night number one of Big Brother, you can check out all of the live antics from 12M-2p 7 nights a week. You'll have to tell me all about it since my lovely cable system...Cablevision, doesn't carry TVGN...I'll have to get the live feeds this year...Damn you Cablevision!

-The Esquire Network finally has an official launch date of 9/23.  The network will start off night number one with the Esquire 80th Anniversary Special and then move on with original programs, Knife Fight Brew Dogs, The Getaway, How I Rock It, Risky Listing and of course, they also picked up Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Parks & Rec and Burn Notice among others.

-FOX paid Charlie Sheen a boat load of dough for Anger Management on FX, and when it launched after the tigers blood was out of his system.  It had record breaking numbers and then just like that...LOSING!  What's a network to do? How about run the show on FOX? Could work I guess.  That's what they're gonna try.  Come June 3rd, 4 episodes are going to run on FOX back to back including 2 original eps and then the show will get another 3 weeks of Prime FOX real estate to help build back viewership.   Let's see if that's the shot in the arm the show needs to get back to its WINNING ways.
-I was never a huge Larry King fan, but I guess someone out there thinks that we really need Larry back somewhere. Who knows, maybe it's just Larry whose bored and going crazy at home with the young wife and kids.  Either way, he's back. Sort of. He got a gig on something called RT America.  Apparently it's an English language TV channel that's based in Russia.  Larry's not moving to Minsk though, he'll tape the shows in Washington DC and then if  you really need to see him that badly, you can it online at RT.com,  Hulu or on ora.tv.  He starts in June. Does anyone at all care? Will anyone at all check him out anywhere? Not me.

-YEAH! Neil Patrick Harris, aka NPH, is coming back to host the Emmy Awards in September. I love him...so happy he's coming back.
