Danny Brown teams up with London-based producer Paul White to pay homage to the late and great ‘Ol’ Dirty Bastard.’ The similarities between these two aren’t to go unnoticed.
Fans of Danny Brown’s ‘XXX’ will be excited to see the same coke-snorting, misogynist rapper doing his thing over some different material. Paul White carries Brown’s eccentric style with an equally as reflective instrumental; its production style sitting neatly on the fence between the work of Mr. Oizo and DOOM.
‘ODB’ will be featured on Danny Brown’s upcoming album, ‘OLD’, which will be released 30th September 2013 on Fools Gold records.
