Just getting ready to board my flight back home, and I got an upgrade! I've kind of fallen behind on the posting but here's a quick pic from dinner last night. We went out to Jody's vacation condo in Ocean Shores, WA and were so comfy that we decided to skip dinner out and make waffles at home. I haven't had a non-frozen waffles in ages. It was delicious and actually quite a bit lighter than the other meals I've been eating this vacation. Breakfast today was the usual (nut butter & jelly oatmeal, greek yogurt, and fruit) and lunch was a chopped chicken thai salad @ panera. Dinner tonight should be back at home provided everything goes good with the flight and getting my (checked) luggage!
