Vidya Balan weds Siddharth Roy Kapoor
Finally one of the most anticipated and this year’s last celebrity wedding has taken place with Bollywood actress Vidya Balan getting married to her long time beau Siddharth Roy in South India.
The ceremony took place at a well-festooned Green Mile bungalow in Bandra. It’s worth mentioning here that wedding was earlier reported to have taken place at the Sri Subramania temple in Chembur at 4:45 am.
The wedding, a blend of Punjabi and Tamil traditions, was a private and low-key affair where just the family members of bride and groom were invited. Began with a private dinner on Dec. 11th the wedding festivities ended today with traditional wedding rituals which continued for more than one hour at Green Mile bungalow.
34-year-old Vidya Balan was dressed in a bright red south Indian silk saree with heavy gold jewelry while her groom wore a yellow embroidered kurta on their big day.
The newly wed couple is reported to have a lavish wedding reception in Chennai, but the reports are yet to be confirmed by a source close to the couple.
