All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) Secretary General Dr. Amjad is reportedly being harassed by an important minister of PML-N, an APML official has told Paknews.

The  minister is threatening Dr. Amjad not to hold protests against the disgrace of party chief General (retd) Pervez Musharraf otherwise his restaurant, situated in Daman-e-Koh Islamabad, will be closed, the official said.

Dr. Amjad has reportedly made a deal with the minister that he will always oppose to stage the protests in favor of former president to show that the people are not supporting him so government and international powers could convince him to leave the country.

Pervez Musharraf is currently detained at his farmhouse in Chak Shahzad, which has been declared as a sub-jail, and is facing legal trial in different cases.

Recently APML has issued a directive in which it has barred its workers not to hold protests and public rallies in support of Pervez Musharraf and it has been clarified that if any such activity takes place, it should be considered as in personal capacity.
