In this clip we get to meet Ben (played by Season 6 newcomer, Robert Kazinsky). Ben is injured – apparently attacked by a vampire - and Sookie (Anna Paquin) comes to his aid. She soon discovers that not only can she read his mind, but he is a halfling fairy!
The biggest question this video raises for me is the fact that it’s daytime and Ben is claiming he was attacked by a vampire. Did this attack occur at night? Or, can this vampire come out during the day? After all, the title of Season 6 Episode 2 is The Sun. Could this maybe be a Billith (Stephen Moyer) attack? And how did Ben escape, especially if he was attacked by a vampire as powerful as Billith?
