Alabama Shakes ”Pocket Change” track will appear on the upcoming “True Blood: Music From the HBO Original Series, Volume 4″ soundtrack to be released May 28!
The soundtrack also includes ”tracks from Iggy Pop and Best Coast singer Bethany Cosentino, My Morning Jacket, Howlin’ Wolf, The Flaming Flips and others”.
Alabama Shakes are best know for their song “Always Alright” which appeared on the soundtrack for the Academy Award- winning “Silver Linings Playbook”.
The band features “vocalist/guitarist Brittany Howard, guitarist Heath Fogg, drummer Steve Johnson, bassist Zac Cockrell and keyboardist Ben Tanner”.
