Coconut fudge macaroons.
I’ve been wanting to adapt my macaroon balls then I saw a great post by @the_paleovore. So this is my version, but I topped it with vegan chocolate fudge.
3 cups dessicated coconut
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp soft coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate fudge:
Melt 2 bars Green & Black’s organic dark chocolate
Add 1 tsp vanilla extract
Once melted and still hot add some thick coconut milk. The consistency will magically turn to thick fudge 😋
I used silicone moulds for these.
