When it comes to dressing up for your daughter's preschool event, going down the toned-down lane is always a win-win. That doesn't mean you have to compromise on your personal style. Just watch your make up, your hair and no provocative dressing please ! You can still dress appropriately and be yourself. Translating this in my case, this is what I chose to wear to a pre-valentines concert at my daughter's preschool. Since it was a pre-valentines day concert I had to incorporate red which I did with the red pumps and a varsity jacket with some red trimmings. It did take me some courage to wear a cap with the otherwise feminine look, but the studs in the pumps matched the masculinity of the cap....a win-win again !Overall a look that speaks casual, comfortable, chic and yet ME !
