THE VAMPIRE DIARIES
I want the old Elena back. Actually that's not true. I want a hybrid of old and new Elena.  She needs her humanity back...soon.  However, she did look even more gorgeous this week than she normally does.  New hair do, new hair color. New York City does that to you and that's where Damon took her for some fun and for some clues. There is still the ultimate Race for the Cure going on.  Everyone needs it for their own reasons, and I'm guessing that Rebecca is going to be the victor here but so far nobodies got it.  I hated Shane and was sooo happy when he was killed, but instead of finding someone super hot to cast as Silas, the producers chose to have Silas use the hideous Shane's body.  Not liking this idea at all. Silas had Bonnie in quite a state and doing all his dirty work which caused the scariest, creepiest eyeball scene ever.  I hate scary stuff and for me the scene with Bonnie's all white eyeballs resulting in the massacre of 12 witches was a bit much for me.  Luckily I had Damon and Lexie, Damon and Elena, Rebecca and Elena (they were feeding, not doing what you guys were thinking) and even a bit of Klaus and Caroline.  We did learn something too.  Damon and Stefan seem to share every girl they meet. If I'm doing my math right, they both slept with Katherine, they both slept with Elena and they both slept with Lexie.  I think.  I assume that Klaus will be okay after Silas stabbed him.  I mean we already know he's got a spin-off so I guess he lives.  Race for the Cure continues next week.  Just like the Mom in How I Met Your Mother...I hope they find it already. I've waited long enough.
GLEE
I have no idea why Matthew Morrison just doesn't quit Glee altogether.  He was "away" in Washington DC for most of the season and then this week he was "out with the flu".  What's the point? Apparently a high school graduate or just any McKinley student can run the Glee Club and every thing's fine.  I actually loved this weeks Guilty Pleasure assignment.  I'm pretty sure my Ipod is made up of 90% guilty pleasure tunes.  Anyway, last nights guilty pleasures included: Wham's "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go", "Mama Mia", "If You Wanna Be My Lover" by the Spice Girls and Copacabana.  Personally, if you're talking Barry and you're talking guilty pleasure, ya gotta go all the way and go "I Can't Smile Without You" or "Looks Like We Made It" or "It's a Miracle".  You get the point.  I didn't think that Phil Collins was someone to be ashamed of loving, but apparently he is. I'm sort of offended by that. I didn't love Blaine's rendition of "Take a Look at me Now" even though it was very emotional. It's a tough song to sing and he didn't really pull it off that great.  However the lyrics served a purpose and of course we all thought he was singing about Kurt, but apparently it was Sam who has become Blaine's secret guilty pleasure.  This week, we were lucky enough to get another episode of Brittney's web show, Fondue for Two.  I haven't checked the Glee website but they should have these every week.  They're hilarious.  Of course it wouldn't be Glee without a lesson of some kind and this weeks was...try to separate the art from the artist.  Chris Brown, Bobby Brown, what's the difference really? Of course we needed some drama too, it couldn't all be fun and frolic. The evil Santana witch just had to tell Rachel the truth about Brody which resulted in the official break up and a performance of radioheads "Creep".  Weird to hear Rachel sing something like that but it sort of worked.  One last thing, Kurt had this thing called a boyfriend arm that you sleep with.  I'm too afraid to Google it, but is that a real thing? Holy crap if it is...what is this world coming to when the only thing you can find to snuggle up with is a fake pillow in the shape of an arm.  Creepy.
THE AMERICANS
I guess what I've learned so far by watching The Americans is that the only way to get information out of anyone is to sleep with them or try to seduce them in any way possible. I'm not complaining, I mean who doesn't like a good sex scene right?  But I would think, that with all the training that FBI & KGB agents receive, sex and seduction is really what works best and it seems pretty easy regardless of who you are and how you look. I'm sort of bummed with The Americans.  I'm not really into cops/robbers/spies etc. I broke my own rule with this show because it was Keri Russell, the 80's, and it was supposed to be spies trying to live life as Americans.  Keri's great (except for that little birthmark on her lip that drives me nuts), don't get me wrong, but I was really hoping that she and Phillip would make it as a real couple and not just as "business partners".  The lines in their relationship are blurry...very blurry ,and I really believe that both of them actually do have feelings for each other, but Elizabeth, Keri's character, is tough to crack and I don't think she has the ability to completely trust anyone 100%, even Phillip.  If this is really going to just be spies going on missions every week to find other spies I may have delete the season pass. One last point, I do want to know how John Boy Walton looks so incredibly good for 63 years old. Oil of Olay? Kiehls? What's that guy using? I need a case.NEWS & INFORMATION:
-On Jimmy Fallon, my FBFF's show last night a great March Madness bit...I don't know anything about NCAA basketball, teams and their coaches, but you don't need to and you'll still laugh your butt off.  Check it out here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4QZfj7ieo0k&feature=youtu.be
-I think I've turned a bunch of you guys on to the show Tanked on Animal Planet. If you recall, I found this show a while back and became obsessed with it.  I even got in touch with Brett Raymer and Wayde King, the two stars of the show.  When they were in town, they actually stopped by my house and met my family.  I've been jonesin for some new episodes and tonight is the night!  For any of you out there that have never seen Tanked...it's a must.  Brett and Wayde and their family run an amazing business out of Las Vegas.  They build the biggest, most incredible fish tanks you've ever seen.  The show is fun, funny, and you won't believe the tanks they create.  You also might learn something about fish!  Set your DVR's or if you're home tonight you really should watch an episode!
-Another thing to perhaps check out tonight if you're around...On the finale of Last Man Standing, Tim the Tool Man Taylor reunites with his son Randy...Jonathan Taylor Thomas.  Could be a fun thing to do.  Maybe just set the DVR and fast forward to see how he's looking etc.  Just another fun Friday night idea from WWTM!

Friday's Trivia Question: NCAA March Madness Trivia Question for this Friday: What was the first conference to have 3 teams in the Final Four?  (I take no credit for these...my friend James Gabriele helped me out).
