Strength From the Top of the Mountain
http://www.kimkircher.com/
As a professional ski patroller and author I find inspiration and strength in the mountains. A little hardship is good for you, and the mountains offer this in spades. Overcoming any challenge makes us stronger. We can tell ourselves, "I survived this. I can get through the next hard thing that comes along." My blog explores finding strength through experience, humor and a fair bit of hardship.
