Calvin Eaton
I have always had a love for cooking and baking. A few chronic illnesses have literally changed the way I live, eat, and breathe. I follow a primarily plant based diet and also have celiac disease so cooking food that fits into these constraints is essential. Baking is in a way therapeutic as it allows me to take my mind off of the sometimes unbearable pain that fibromyalgia puts me in. I am always looking to make my gluten free meals as good as or better than their gluten (full) counterparts.
