Gingerbread CoffeeThis Gingerbread Coffee Smoothie gives those fancy coffeee house frozen lattes a run for their money. This smoothie is taken from the fan favorite e-cookbook series Blend: Artisanal Smoothies for Food Lovers, Holiday Volume 1 written by Faith Gorsky of An Edible Mosaic and Alyssa Brantely of Everyday Maven. I not a fan of coffee flavored beverages but this smoothie blend has changed my mind. Frozen banana, instant coffee and pure extracts are combined to make this the perfect breakfast or dessert.
