My sister has been raving about the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer so when she sent me a tube just the other week, I was ecstatic! 
I didn’t realize that the primer would come in a neutral shade. I thought it would be either translucent or creamy white. It glides on like a concealer. Spread the primer on the upper eyelid, from the lashes up to below the eyebrow. Because I have sparse eyebrows, I decided to put some on my brows before drawing on it with my Shu Uemura Eyebrow Pencil Hard Formula Acorn 9.
My sister was right. Not only did the eyeshadow stay on for hours, but even my Shu Uemura Ultimate Natural Mascara and eyebrows lasted longer too!
