Educational Qualification:- Candidates must have passed a Diploma or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 - 55 Years

- Handicapped - Exam fee NIL + Online processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 25/-
- Ex-Serviceman - Exam fee Rs. 40/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 65/-
