Quando sono stata a Lecce a visitare la città ad un certo punto ho avuto bisogno di una pausa e quindi mi sono seduta in un baretto in centro per godere di un po' di ombra rilassarmi guardando la gente che passa. Io adoro guardare la gente che passa...è anche per voi così?

In pratica va fatto con latte di mandorla alla base, ghiaccio e caffè.
Il tutto con prodotti assolutamente locali e a kilometri zero. Viene servito in un bicchiere di vetro.
Molti affermano che il caffè nel vetro sia differente e lo preferiscono bere così.
Per me è uguale anche se devo ammettere che questo caffè leccese lo vedo decisamente più adatto da consumarsi in un bel bicchiere di vetro.
