Two HUGE events were announced earlier this month by the Producers of Shaw TV’s eveRIAthing and Vancouver PR Firm NoodleHead Productions for the first half of 2015: (1) a songwriting competition called ‘The Star Experience’ for solo artists, duets or groups that will run from February through July and (2) the very first eveRIAthing Wall of Stars Awards Night being held on July 25, 2015. The winners of the songwriting competition will be announced at the Awards Night, along with the eveRIAthing awardees for excellence and achievement who will be chosen from nominations nationwide.
The Vancouver-based TV show eveRIAthing airs on SHAW TV, via SHAW Multicultural Channel 116, every Monday at 9:30 am and 8:30 pm. Now in its second year, the show continues to feature young Canadian talent and achievers, Canadians with inspiring stories, as well as places, causes and events that provide opportunities for youth. The show is hosted by 17-year old Ria Jade, a singer, songwriter, musician and a passionate humanitarian who features others on her show so that they may be recognized and appreciated. The Star Experience

‘The Star Experience’ songwriting competition is open to unsigned songwriters from B.C., ages 13 through 18, who have not had any original song commercially sold or distributed for sale. The contest officially starts on February 1st and ends on May 31st. The contest rules and guidelines will be announced on www.everiathing.com next week.
