For this week's Twinsie Tuesday prompts, we're sharing shiny and matte combos.
For this mani, I used Sally Hansen Scaredy Matte (a black matte polish) as a base. I then added a stripe of No. 7 Tangy, an bright orange crelly, and lines of gold with a striper.

I really liked how this turned out. The contrast of the bright orange shiny polish against the black matte is pretty awesome.What do you guys think of this mani? Do you do matte and shiny nail art?
