Twinsie Tuesday - My Nail Polish Collection

By Marijonails @marijonails
Hi fellow nail polish lovers!!
Today, we have a different type of post to share for Twinsie Tuesday.  We're sharing our nail polish collections.  I'm really excited to see everyone's post.  I have lots of pics, so let's get to it!
First up, I have two small baskets that I keep at my bedside.  These are polishes I plan to wear "soon."

When I was taking pictures of these two baskets, it reminded me of a meme Lakeisha shared a while back that her hubby created.

I still laugh whenever I see this meme!  Sometimes I feel bad for these polishes.  I'm always moving them around, picking them up, saying that I will finally wear them and then a new polish comes (or polishes for review).  At least they're ahead of all the others the I have in my untrieds.
Next are two wall racks I have in my room.  These are some of my oldest polishes.

In my room, I also have some minis and glitters that I keep on my dresser.

The polishes in my room are the ones I typically go to for nail art or my pedicures.
I also have another wall rack that's not in my room that I received from Noly who creates personalized nail polish racks on etsy.

This rack holds a bunch of indies as you can see ;0).
In that same room, I also have three helmers.

Now, I have to say that these are NOT all full.  I recently took out all of my untrieds (more on that later).
The five plastic containers and the small white basket hold untried polishes.  I got those from Target.

Here's a close up of how I label my helmers.  They're sorted by brand.  Below, I opened a few drawers as proof that they're not full ;0).

In addition to the plastic containers with my untrieds and my two baskets near my bedside, I also have two shoe boxes and a large basket with my untrieds.

Why would you have your untrieds in a basket and shoe boxes, you ask?  Well, I recently created a stash list at the urging of Lakeisha (a very long process, might I add) and I realized I had a serious problem.  Yes, I only just realized it!  I kept buying polish faster than I could wear them.  So, as a reminder that I need not buy anymore, I leave them out and in my face.  Trust me, even if I see something I really like, I don't even have the urge to spend because I just think of all of these polishes I have to get through.
As a result of going through my stash to create a list, I discovered a few duplicates (life of a polish addict).  So I figured, now would be a better time than any to do a little giveaway.

Zoya Kieko, China Glaze Angel Wings, Sinful Colors Rise & Shine and Liquid Glam Lacquer  June Bug

You can win these four polishes by guessing how many polishes you think I have in my stash (I actually know the number now ;0) ).  So, the closest to the correct number without going over wins!  Just leave your guess in the comments.  Deadline to enter is Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at 9:00am EST.
Hope you guys enjoyed this post!  How do you organize your stash?
