Today's Twinsie Tuesday theme is bubbles, so I tried a technique that I saw a while ago on Instagram. I couldn't remember the details, but it involved using a swab with nail polish remover in the middle of dots, so that's what I did.
It didn't turn out like I expected, but it makes you think of bubbles no? It's definitely an interesting look, lol. The rings weren't supposed to be as thick as they are here, but I'll give myself an A for effort. Haha!
