Turner’s Mushroom Painting

So this is Turner’s painting from my afterschool watercolor class today. I added the option of painting a shadow on the side of the mushrooms, and he did it beautifully. I can’t help but smile when I look at this as it’s just oozing with that charm that only children can create. Oh, and Turner is in kindergarten, probably just 6 years old. I think this is what Picasso meant when he said it took him a lifetime to paint like a child.
