During the “fun” part of last night’s CNN GOP Town Hall, Donald Trump said he was a fan of fast food. He really likes McDonald’s “Fish Delight” (not a real menu item).
From CNN.com:
“‘One bad hamburger, you can destroy McDonald’s. One bad hamburger and you take Wendy’s and all these other places and they’re out of business,’ he said. ‘I like cleanliness, and I think you’re better off going there than maybe some place that you have no idea where the food is coming from.‘”
3 Lessons Learned From Trump’s Fast Food Preferences
- So Trump is plugging the big business burgers, telling people he’d apparently rather go to their franchises than some mom-and-pop restaurant. p.s. Congratulations on convincing so many small business owners how you will be the best President ever for them!
- Trump has apparently never got sick from a fast food franchise. Perhaps because he doesn’t regularly frequent them? You decide!
- In fairness, if you are eating the air-filled, non-existent Fish Delight at McDonald’s, you probably won’t get sick. And if you are a billionaire and walk into some other establishment and ask some teenagers for a “Fish Delight” you just may get sick while a bunch of 13-year-olds create that from mystery ingredients you don’t want to know.
