With the release of Alexander Skarsgård’s latest film (hot Vampire Eric Northman on True Blood), Melancholia, come some new character banners: Skarsgard’s Michael; Kirsten Dunst’s Justine (Michael’s fiancée); Kiefer Sutherland’s John, Justine’s brother-in-law with a temper; Charlotte Gainsbourg, Justine’s sister Gaby, who is married to John, and John Hurt, who plays Dexter, Justine’s father. Last but not least, we have the film’s director, Lars von Trier.
