It’s official! True Blood was renewed for a 7th season. The news was announced today by HBO Programming President Michael Lombardo.
New episodes will premiere in summer 2014, with executive producer Brian Buckner returning as showrunner after he replaced creator Alan Ball at the helm of the show for the current sixth season.
