Hello dear,Peplums seem to waft in and out of fashion every few decades. The last time it was big was in the ’80s. What does this funny word mean? The definition of a peplum from the Oxford dictionary-”a short gathered or pleated strip of fabric attached at the waist of a woman’s jacket, dress, or blouse to create a hanging frill or flounce”.
