I found this toner did not drag or pull the skin when I applied it with a cotton pad, it was not greasy or left a film of any kind on the skin. It rather gave an appearance of a brighter more even looking skin tone, cool to the touch and moist. The cool appearance is where I could see the comfort and toning technology work on my skin.
