Happy Thursday Lovelies. Today's look is, although flouncy, quite simple. I like that the skirts shape and design does all the style talking for the outfit because some days, it's really just easier to be "simple" (don't confuse that for plain). My statement monochrome skirt is a vintage piece that is quite special to me because
