Tip Top - Swatches & Review

By Marijonails @marijonails
Hi fellow nail polish lovers!!
I have a few polishes to share with you from a new "to me" brand, Tip Top.  The polishes I'm sharing are from their Nail Addict line.
Turbulance is a navy blue shimmer that applies really well and is fully opaque in two coats.  Here I used no base or top coat.

This is a really stunning polish.  Personally, I wish there was a bit more shimmer on the nail because it's not always visible.  It's still lovely though.
Army Vibes is a bright green (not sure how to describe the color) shimmer.  The first coat was streaky, but it leveled out with the second coat.  It's opaque in two coats.  I used no base or top coat.

Can you tell how much I like this one?  I couldn't narrow the pictures down.  This isn't a color I would typically go for, but I really like it.  It's great for summer.
Creme Brulee is a mustard yellow crelly.  It has a slightly runny and thick formula which isn't the greatest combo, but with care it's manageable.  The first coat was streaky, but it leveled out and was opaque with two coats.  I used no base or top coat.

Creme Brulee isn't a bad color, but I just don't like it with my skin tone.  Most yellows just aren't for me.
Cats Whiskers is a coral/pink shimmer.  It applies well and gives good coverage in two coats.  There was still some VNL though.  I used no base or top coat.

Cats Whiskers is actually slightly darker in real life.  Though it's not a unique color, it's still pretty.  I just don't get where the name comes from.
Finally, Synergy is a purple packed with silver shimmer.  It applies flawlessly and is opaque in two easy coats.  I used no base or top coat.

I love the amount of shimmer this polish has and the look it gives the polish.
Overall, I like these polishes.  Tip Top has a nice variety of colors and the formulas for the most part are good.  My favorites are Turbulance, Army Vibes and Synergy.
I'm also currently trying out their Nail Build nail treatment in the picture below.  I will do another post regarding my thoughts after using it for a while.
