Throwback Thursday

Hi fellow nail polish lovers!!
Today I have a blue manicure to share with you for Throwback Thursday!

For this manicure, I used OPI Swimsuit... Nailed It! as a base.  I then stamped an image from the Cici & Sisi 04 stamping plate with POP Beauty Baby Blue.
