Hey friends! Are you just jumping out of your pants with excitement that Friday is tomorrow? I am, for sure. Please don’t forget to vote for your favorite chili recipe!!! You can click the link in the little box above. Do it or I’ll prove to you how strong I am with my massive muscles.
These are the essentials when I cool down.
1) myself. I really need my muscles for this task.
2) My Garmin so I can revel in my latest accomplishment.
Yesterday was a total of 4.9 miles (with my 1/2 marathon training planned run, my run with D, and basketball open gym). This run was a lot better than Tuesday’s. I ran both miles at 9:45 pace. I think I was mentally not totally in it because I feel like if I had been running with other people I could have gone faster. Hmmm…
3) My iPhone so I can tweet about life.
4) My camera so I can get goofy because I can’t do something serious… like ever!
Sweaty face.
So I tried my first 2 slices of gluten free bread. I don’t count my Great Harvest GF Bread while on vacation because that comes from a bakery, not the grocery store. And well it’s not news that bakery bread is 8.4 times better than grocery store bread.
And this is what I made with it…
Classic.
Eggs on toast with jam. Booyeah!
I covered the bread with so much stuff so I don’t think I really got a good taste of the bread. But good news is that I liked it this time so at least I can eat it when I can’t taste it.
I’m off to do all 56 things I need to do before I can crawl back in bed and wake up on Friday.
