It’s that time of year where we spread joy with greetings, fun meetings and yes, ‘over-eating’s! But you don’t have to be a part of the binge club. Sure you’ll have lots of exposure to eats and treats, but if you plan carefully, you can still enjoy a little treat without overindulgence.
Remember this is a time to gather with friends and family — perhaps enjoy a little vacay, sights and sounds of a new (or favorite) city or town and outdoor activities, such as ice skating, skiing, hiking or traversing. So do indulge – in love and friendship and fun exploration. Don’t overdo the sweets (and other fattening foods). Easier said than done, right?!
