Third of a Month #ReadersWorkouts

Welcome to Readers' Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

I realized yesterday that the 10th is one-third of a 30-day month. That motivated me to make sure that I made it through one-third of my exercise goals. I've completed 400 of 1200 minutes for August. I'm ahead of my goal for 12 DVD workouts - I finished my 5th yesterday.
