1. Subscription fee is valid for five devices:

If you pay a subscription fee for Microsoft Office 365, you will be able to use it on five devices including Windows OS and Mac.

2. Cannot Customize the installation:

You will not be able to customize the installation of Microsoft Office 365, its mandatory to install all applications available in the package.

3. Free Skype 60 Minutes:

As we all know Skype to Skype is always free but if you buy Microsoft Office 365 subscription you will free 60 minutes on Skype to call on Landline in supported countries.

4. Sky Drive Cloud Service:

Microsoft Office 365 is set to save your documents to Sky Drive Cloud service however you can choose the option to save your documents locally also. Sky Drive users get 7 GB free space which is increased to 27 GB once you purchage Home Premium Version of Microsoft Office 365, means 20 GB Free.

5. Have to download online:

Microsoft Office 365 has to be downloaded online only as it will not be available in discs.

6. Applications come with Microsoft Office 365:

Office 365 comes with MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Publisher, Outlook and One Note. One Note is available for Windows OS only not for Mac.

7. Office 365 works on Touch Screen devices only:

Microsoft Office 365 is designed to operate only on touch screen devices like laptops with touch screens, tablets etc…

8. Operating system requirement:

Microsoft Office 365 can be installed on Windows 7, Windows 8 and Mac OS X (10.5.8 and higher). Office 365 is available for Windows Vista SP2 (32 bit & 64 bit both) and Windows XP (SP3 32 bit and SP2 64 bit) also but the support will end from 1st January 2014. 9. Other Versions:

Microsoft has come-up with different versions for different type of user. Other than Home Premium Version, Microsoft has launched Office 365 Business Edition, Office 365 Enterprise, Office Pro Plus, Office 365 University and others.
