So, making sure your plumbing runs safely and securely means you’ll probably need a checkup once a year, depending on the age of the building you’re in. For something that was constructed in the 60s, you’ll probably need to get it done twice a year due to the erosion of the common steel pipes used.
How the Roof Holds Up
A roof means the winter flakes and bracing chill are swept right over our heads, and the heat we work for is kept securely in our domain. A suffering roof can come in many forms, and for that reason keep an eye out for a local roofer you can get on side to keep it in the best condition.
Some common signs to look out for however are cracks, and these can happen a lot in roofs that are 15 years old and over. If you’re pulling up the street, or parking outside, and notice there’s a few dark patches, they also need to be looked at. These can both be signs that the durability has worn away, and that a few tiles may need replacing. It can also be unsightly, and turn away potential customers, so think of the commercial element as well.
