As Theophilus London readies his next album, he posted a stream of the first single, “Rio”. The track was made in tribute to Brazil, as London reminisces about his trip there in 2010. London is joined by fellow Brooklyn natives The Menahan Street Band on this track. The upcoming album is said to have a taste of Brazilian influence throughout, hence “Rio” – the name of this single. The single hits iTunes on April 16, but for now listen to it below.
