As a business coach it’s a great delight to recognize, encourage and uncover the talents in those I work with.
There has never been anyone I’ve worked with that hasn’t had many more gifts and talents than they are currently using.
And you don’t need to be an executive coach to do this. Today look for the good and talent in everyone and encourage it. The one that will gain the most from this is you – and look what you’ll be doing for the world!
