Young people without official employment across Rwanda are being round up. On 23/08/12, this group was taken into police custody in Rusizi area. A similar exercise was performed this week in Kimicanga area of Kigali – the Rwandan capital. Sources in the country confirm that some of these young people end up forcibly given accelerated military training with the ultimate purpose of sending them in DRC to reinforce M23 contingent of fighters. And this appears unfortunate knowing that recent cuts or delays of aid from donor countries were a consequence to Rwandan support to that Congolese rebel movement.
They say that facts cannot be faked. If your stomach is hungry, you cannot order it to shut up and claim that it is full; or if I cannot read, I cannot fake it as longer as I want, because at one point I will be found as illiterate. What is happening to the Rwandan government of Paul Kagame is the unfolding of the demystification of a number of lies they have fabricated to deceive Rwandans and the rest of the world since taking power through a well engineered genocide against Tutsis, Hutus and Twas because this was the only way to get there. After the 1994 genocide Rwanda became the highest receiver of education scholarships from universities around the world. The distribution of these scholarships among Rwandan students has been the most apartheid policy of this criminal regime. These scholarships meant for the most intelligent students in Rwanda and mostly from the poor back ground have been embezzled by the RPF elites to send their children abroad in the world’s best universities.
An e-mail sent to Ikaze Iwacu from a senior official from the education ministry in Rwanda that we can’t name for his/her own security, show and explain how these scholarships are distributed among Rwandans. In this same e-mail the official also note that scholarships from U.K, USA and Canada are usually controlled and distributed by the president’s office.

The table above shows how scholarships were distributed under Kagame’s apartheid regime. The table does not have a number of scholarships from India and Malaysia. The e-mail that was sent to Ikaze Iwacu also indicated that out 76 scholarships masters’ degree obtained last year (201/2013), 85% of them were given to Tutsi and all this indicate a high level of inequality and apartheid tendencies within the RPF government.
The data shown here concern only one academic year, and Paul Kagame political power is ruling over Rwanda since 1994. Please imagine the damages caused among the victim community of hutu populations knowing that Kagame’s regime is in its 20th year of power this year. As highlighted in the beginning, education is only one of many schemes put in place by Kagame’s policies of apartheid nature against Hutu [85% of the population according statistics prior to 1994; today data might be very different considered a variety of factors]. There is no worse racism than the one that the perpetrator is ashamed of by protecting it through fabricated lie [saying that all Rwandans are only Rwandans without any reference to their ethnicity]. Kagame and his cronies should come out as were apartheid supporters and publicly justify their discriminatory policies in a manly way. His crimes and policies are the characteristics of weak personalities, who cannot stand honorably in front of human challenges.
