Flair has Asian style tapas, as well as classic BBQ steak and crispy fried snacks on a menu that changes with the seasons. The menu is so flexible you have the choice to order small bites to snack with your cocktails, or extend your choice of the menu to make a dinner around Asia, we opted for a dinner and we found the dishes moreish and very satisfying. The Foie Gras was outstanding, tender with a delightful flavor, both the sirloin and beef medallion were just the right portion size to feel satisfied, cooked medium rare, not dry with flavorsome mushrooms. For drinks I had a non-alcoholic cocktail of pineapple, grapefruit, and mango juice, while my partner enjoyed a Dry Martini, followed by sake from the extensive choice that Flair offers.
