Ahem Ahem, someone is on a dressing-high. This week witnessed some major sartorial swings; from sexy leg-baring shorts to ruffled drama to some major white-moment, it saw it all, and I am in love with each one. Which one is your fave ????


I have been on a self-proclaimed mission to add more colors to my arsenal of accessories, including handbags. On our way back from our recent beach trip, we made a quick outlet stopover, where I scored this Kate Spade green mini wallet and this Banana Republic red clutch, both at an offbeat low price. Memorial day holiday is next weekend, which means lots red, white and blue, pretty much in everything. We are not having a party or anything, but for the party-hard sorts, hereis a galore of fun ideas. So HAPPY MEMORIAL in advance !!
Memorial day weekend marks the official beginning of pool season. All outdoor pools open for this year's aquatic fun. My daughter has always enjoyed being in water. For the past couple of years she was taking parent-tot swim lessons at the county pool, but can't believe this year she'll be in the pool....all by herself. I am having a hard time assimilating this and the fact that my lil baby is no more little. She is growing way to fast. She is a young girl; who is vivacious, charming, independent, accommodating and has abundance of love and care to share. I wish her luck in whatever she sets out to achieve......muuaaah !

I was at a Friend's Baby Shower and where there is a shower and soccer moms, there is good food and good company...unlimited. Having said that, I was totally digging the fresh fruit tart, one of the guest moms' brought. I loved it so much that I even found this recipe by the famous Paula Deen. I am up for trying it soon and you should try it too. It would sure be a knock-out summer dessert.
