Chicago’s The Orwells have been pretty busy this summer; almost exactly one year after Remember When, their impressive debut, the young garage punks have released not one, but two EPs in quick succession (but that’s what happens when you’ve got Dave Sitek on your side). “Who Needs You” is the latest, the perfect buzzy garage jam to soundtrack the end of summer, or to tell Uncle Sam what’s up.
