The Weinstein Company has released the first trailer for the comedy drama film August: Osage County. The film is based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning play by Tracy Letts.
The project is directed by John Wells, scripted by Tracy Letts and produced by Jean Doumanian, Grant Heslov, George Clooney, Steve Traxler and Harvey Weinstein.
The star casts include Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, Sam Shepard, Chris Cooper, Margo Martindale, Ewan McGregor, Benedict Cumberbatch, Abigail Breslin, Juliette Lewis and Julianne Nicholson.
August: Osage County is slated for a November 8th, 2013 release.

Plot:
A look at the lives of the strong-willed women of the Weston family, whose paths have diverged until a family crisis brings them back to the Midwest house they grew up in, and to the dysfunctional woman who raised them.
