No, this is not a Gatorade commercial.
A few days ago, I don’t remember where I saw the source from. An author stated that if one has made a goal, they need to have a no-exception cause.
What does this mean?
If you set a goal to burn fat and no junk food plus you are at a Thanksgiving meal…no exceptions.
If your goal is to stop smoking and your friend offers you a cigarette in front of others in a party (peer pressure)…no exceptions.
If you have decided to save yourself for marriage and your boyfriend or girlfriend is pressuring you to have sex with them…no exceptions.
As I am typing this to you (you may laugh), I am typing this in my light blue pajamas because I was going to go to bed when I remembered my commitment to write on my blog regardless.
My goal is go to bed at 10 pm. However since I remembered that I needed to write, I put off the goal to sleep to pursue my higher calling of writing.
The buck stops with me. What about you? Are you willing to take the no-exception cause? If you do, your life will never be the same.
What no-exception cause will you set for your self as a result of this post? Post your comments below.
