The Gold-digger

Hello ya'll !  Sorry for the no-post-gone-astray phase on the blog. If you vaguely remember from last week, I had mentioned about the thing that was causing me to stay away from you guys, thanks to whoever heard my prayers, part of it has been accomplished. I promise you will know about it once the task is done in full. So in the interim, let's keep that aside and move on to what I do best here.....! Don't go on the literal meaning when I say the gold-digger. There is no  gold mine discovered  nor any million dollar lottery won, just that the gold wallpaper, the surrounding yellow light and the overall orton effect bring out this auriferous glow in today's picture, that I couldn't help but caption it the same. The glitzy sleeves of my jacket and the flashy buckle on my belt do the needful in adding to the pertinence of this caption here.  Whatever, I wore this outfit to a DMV Blogger Brunch yesterday. My outfit is a contradiction to the title as each item worn here costs less than $35. Ain't that amazing- you are clothed in bargain items and still feel like a gold-digger ??? It was an afternoon well spent at a good place and in fabulous company ( details in my next post ). It was a full-blown learning experience to be hanging out in the company of other marvelous bloggers. I have it all coming up in the next post.
