This fun bracelet is made with stainless steel encasements and supple white leather cords. The lips and eye are enamel. Available at Sak’s.

Delfina was born in Rome in 1987. Her years growing up were spent between her native city and Rio de Janerio. She attended an American-based high school and did three placements at Chanel’s style office of haute couture in Paris. A lifetime of exposure to high fashion and designing can be seen in her jewelry creations. In 2007, a very young Delfina used the five stars and crescent moon logo designed for her father by Karl Lagerfeld to present her first jewel collection. It was presented to the international press in Paris in October of that year.

A bit “tamer,” the sweet honeycomb bee ring shows Delfina’s love of nature. It is fashioned of goldtone plated sterling silver and enamel.

Delfina’s style can be described as something between romantic and gothic. Her mother Silvia describes her style of design as “precious and strong.” She artfully blends her jewels with anatomy and nature to come up with some rather quirky, off-beat designs. Some of them have been described as “fabulous and creepy.”
