The Boodle and Dunthorne Champions Challenge (now The Boodles Challenge) has established itself as one of the ‘must attend’ summer social gatherings of the British summer. Guests get the opportunity to sup Champagne and see the world’s tennis elite at close hand. Heaven!
Each player in the official field is scheduled to play multiple matches over the five days. The eight man field is assembled in traditional quarter-final format with winners going through to the finals and the losers continuing to compete in a series of exhibition matches throughout the week. This year, their website is streaming free live tennis. How often does that happen?!

Stoke Park Country Club and Spa
The Boodles is played at the glorious Stoke Park Country Club and Spa in Buckinghamshire. Anyone who has seen or read James Bond’s Goldfinger, may remember the golfing was set here on the 1908 Championship golf course. There is an official James Bond Golf Day on June 28, 2013 if anyone is lucky enough to have the time and money!
The Tennis Courts are amongst the finest in the country, with four all-weather hard courts, three indoor carpet courts and six Wimbledon specification grass courts, ensuring that the game can be played and enjoyed all year round.
