But then, roll up your sleeves for the toughest part – preparing for the ‘big day’.

A widely accepted fact is planning a wedding is indeed stressful. From the fixing of the date to selecting the wedding bands till the bride and groom are off for their honeymoon, numerous matters are there to be taken care of. And depending on the extravaganza of the wedding, the stress level tends to increase. Be it tension-filled, yet it is the most exciting phase of one’s life. Amid all the excitement and stress, it’s vital to maintain your fitness and health – physically and mentally.

Allocate Task: A wedding is not a one-man’s show. So never feel embarrassed to accept help. It’s always better to allocate various tasks to your family or friends and see to it, that each gets accomplished on time. If you plan to manage everything single handed, chances are there things may mess up and will be a physical & mental stress for you.

Fitness Plan: Every prospective groom / bride wants to look glamorous on the special day. Weeks ahead, plan a fitness regime and follow it strictly everyday without fail. You can also seek assistance of a trainer to keep track of your progress.

Don’t Overdo: Never be too hard on yourself. Attaining a good physique doesn’t mean setting unrealistic goals and going to any extent to achieve it like dieting excessively etc. Never overdo, in order to achieve great physique in short span of time. This may cause harm instead of doing good.
