We couldn’t expect any less than superb when three of the most ingenious musicians joined forces to make some fresh neo-soul. This collaboration between L.A. musician/emcee Terrace Martin, singer-songwriter James Fauntleroy, and the GRAMMY award-winning Robert Glasper tells the story of when relationships go sour and people grow apart. A bit on the moody side indeed – Martin flows about the distress and downside of a breakup as Fauntleroy sings the hook over a lush production.
