I was kindly invited to come down to my local shopping center and review the annual A/W style show, I was excited to see what garments were available to buy in the stores up at the center and different ways to style them. To say the least I was really impressed by the different spins of ideas taken from the Milan, New York & London Fashion shows earlier on in the year. I had some favorite collections from stores I don't particularly shop in, which made me want to venture out of my comfort zone. Below are some professional images take from the photographer

The shows that really stood out to me were M&S, Bank & Claire's Accessories, Republic, Debenhams, New Look and Internationalè. Some of these shops really surprised me especially M&S as I have always seen that as the shop my Grandma would buy her clothes from. But after seeing the gray coat with the fur collar, I have changed my opinion on shopping, fashion really isn't limited to the 'younger' stores. If you hadn't noticed by now Tartan and leather are back in for the winter & I am loving tartan pencil from republic. Jewelled colours are back for the party season which you can see as a common trend throughout the retailers. Last but not least the androgynous style comes back with a bang; think tailored blazers, cigarette trousers, chunky knits, polo tops, beanie hats & varsity sportswear. I was really impressed by the overall shows, the models were amazing and really got the crowed hyped. One thing that really impressed me is you can find these garments easily in the stores as the specific garments will have a ticket on the hanger in store. It was a really nice day to be invited to, I met a fellow local blogger Grace from Blondies Style Fix and we also got the chance to have lunch and catch up with Zara the PR lady behind inviting us.
